I have PTSD , they seem pretty rational to me. Personal safety issues .

Still owls I think. Lots of other stuff but owls still scare the absolute hell out of me.

That people only talk to me becauee i bug them & that they wish I wasn't around anymore.

that i will die alone. i am the healthiest of the whole family and i will probably outlive everyone

on a superficial level I have Tryptophobia, fear of holes wear they shouldn’t be.
(Google it for examples, tried to post example and couldn't)


on a deeper level I have RSD, Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria.

I don't take selfies, I'm afraid someone will show up in the photo behind me that shouldn't be there.

I have an irrational fear that all my decisions no matter how hard I try will amount to making my life worse and not better.

A form of claustrophobia that l get on planes and ships.

Not that the plane will crash.
Or the ship will sink.

But I’m “trapped”.

That if I get water in ny eyes when I shower and can't see then shark will crawl up the drain and eat me while I'm blinded
