Physical exercise and good nutrition. Good work/home balance, spending time with friends and having time with God so I'm spiritually nourished. These things help me sleep well which is also key for me.

Making time for things I actually enjoy. It’s easy to just grind non stop. But when I re-learned to take time for things I enjoy, life got so much better. I literally forgot to enjoy life fir a number of years.

Being active (working out everyday), self care such as waxing or things like that
Unfortunately I haven’t been able to do any of that in awhile and my mental health is absolutely garbage right now but I’m pretending everything is fine 🙂↕

I simply live in the moment. What can I hear? What do I see? What am I feeling? Even smells and taste. The five basic senses. I identify them and give love to whatever they are at the time. I do this if they’re painful too. I learn how to love all there is through them. After that everything else just falls into place.
