If you were training somebody new on the job how patient would you be with mistakes before you start thinking "What's going with them"?

I've done it before, and I've always made a point to be extremely patient.

Depends on how cute her butt is.

I always remember it took me a long time to train. And I apply that to my trainees, most of em learn much faster

hmm i'm fairly patient sometimes.. not always tho

They trained me to freak out in the first 3 seconds.

I'm not a trainer, never wanted to be. I don't have the patience for that.

Well it doeneds on the severity of the issue.

If theyre just takeing a while to learn new concepts, maybe a few minor mess ups, costs a little extra money. I think thats pretty standard in the leaning process.

If they are deliberately trying to avoid work or causing issues with other people then its an issue.
