How the F**K do you afford rent as a student?

I do psychotherapy training, I work 35 hours 3 days a week and I've got another job I'm training for which earns more but is self employed and flexible.

I don't go out drinking, I eat well but buy smart, I do activities that don't cost money like working out and running. Sacrifice now and you won't have to do it later 👌

If you've got time, get into massage or PT training to support yourself and stay flexible. I make 50-60 an hour from it on top of having reliable income.

It's tough, you have my sympathy 😆 believe me.

I had 2 roomates in college, we shared the cost of rent and utilities.

@PrettyBlonde 😞sadly this is the harsh reality of this some need to find little jobs to make ends meet and college work can be stressful as you have no time to socialise

First, I lived in student dorms, there was no rent. But also I didn’t drink.

You prioritize.

Sometimes in life, one has to sacrifice some things to achieve other more important things.

Its just the way it is. And i don't think itll change🤷‍♀

Roommates, if you have Facebook get crafty with buying and selling be careful and never go alone though.

Erm food banks/shelters, WW3 is coming soon and most counties are hiring military.
