I'd say that looks slightly overcooked if anything. The yolk should be all liquid in my opinion.

@ninalanyon What does that mean? Why do we need to?
ninalanyon · 61-69, T
@sarabee1995 Because in the US egg producers wash the eggs and that removes a protective layer that means that they will go bad if not refrigerated.

@ninalanyon Oh wow. I never knew that.
InferenceEngine · 26-30, M

If I make it tomorrow, I'll take a picture and share it with everyone here :D

@InferenceEngine Yes, please do. I enjoy food posts. You bet I like eggs Benedict.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
Oh! Raw ovum style!.
Nah, not for me!
Fun fact though...
[sep]
Raw eggs have the least amount of digestible protein. The more you cook eggs, the more protein your body gets.

I don’t mind sunny side eggs. I also like them scrambled & boiled.
SW-User
@marsbar Same. Omelet and deviled too 😋
marsbar · F
@SW-User Mmm haven’t had deviled eggs in ages.

@Aislinn Hmm. I'm not sure. I think many people saw it though.
I will have it any way.
mondayschild2 · F
I like mine firm🙂
Jenny1234 · 51-55, F
i like that
Lilymoon · F
I'd eat that. 😋
Beebo · M
The yolk looks a little too cooked for me here. I do mine sunny side up too, but with the whole yolk totally dripping in my mouth after shoving the whole thing in (mmm)
TheGoodGuy · M
I think most people do. It looks good to me!
TheGoodGuy · M
@SW-User I mean the stuff on the left that looks like an omelette, that's the underside of the egg? Maybe it's naan bread?
SW-User
@TheGoodGuy It is bread indeed
TheGoodGuy · M
@SW-User Interesting. That type of bread isn't eaten with egg here, it's usually loaf bread, or roti (chapati). It looks like it'd taste nice with that one though.
zork0000 · 56-60, M
I prefer them hard but will eat them runny if presented that way
And actually those are in between. There is definitely some firm yolk there too

SW-User
@zork0000 Yes. I don't like them 100% runny. More like 60-70%.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
I used to when my grandmother had hens and fresh eggs. I don't dare to do this with the bought ones.
SW-User
@CrazyMusicLover There's a slight risk, yeah, but it's safe for the most part.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
i used to. I don't eat eggs anymore, but when I did, i loved such poached eggs, served on toast and the bread sopped up the yolk, so yummy.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
I like it that way but the white part has to be thoroughly cooked and keep the yolk runny.
SW-User
@cherokeepatti Same 👍🏽
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@SW-User I also like eggs cooked other ways but this is my favorite and with green olives really good.
Degbeme · 70-79, M
I like my eggs in the compost bin. 🤭
Degbeme · 70-79, M

Freeranger · M
Hah...food is like style my friend. It's personal.😉 I have to ask....have you ever tried doing scotch eggs? The process is pretty cool, and a great way to do a small group breakfast with close friends. It quickly becomes a memorable event, I promise.

zork0000 · 56-60, M
@Freeranger and if everyone had the same style, how boring would life be?
SW-User
@Freeranger Oh. My mom made that for me when I was a little girl. It was delicious.
Freeranger · M
@zork0000 I'm not sure. I know I didn't mention everyone having the same style, so those would be your words. As to the question itself, I suppose you'd be dressing like everyone in North Korea.
TheOneyouwerewarnedabout · 41-45, MVIP
Yoke runny yes. Oozy white stuff. No
SW-User
I agree @TheOneyouwerewarnedabout

It's rare for me to get my eggs to perfection. I often overcook them.

bijouxbroussard · F
@SW-User And I used to not like eggs at all.
