homelessness is big there because it is also kind to the homeless. so there are LOTS of them and being homeless makes you crazy.

I'm shocked ! 😲 I saw a 'What Would You Do' episode where a guy was littering at a park in Portland to see people's reactions. A lot of people called him out. One Portland native said, "this isn't New York." It gave the impression that Portland is a clean city.
