Portland is such a filthy city
I'm from Chicago. I miss it because Portland is so gross. Homeless and drugs. Everywhere outside of the city is beautiful, but actually living inside is intolerable. I'm gonna have to move out to the suburbs

I'm shocked ! 馃槻 I saw a 'What Would You Do' episode where a guy was littering at a park in Portland to see people's reactions. A lot of people called him out. One Portland native said, "this isn't New York." It gave the impression that Portland is a clean city.
