@FreeSpirit1 At least Pelosi has stepped down from leading the Democratic House delegation, and Feinstein is only staying because the Republicans won't allow her to be replaced on the judiciary committee if she resigns.
I can't explain McConnell. Even in his current state, nobody wants to challenge him for minority leader. The last guy who tried, Rick Scott, almost ended his career as a result. All I can think of is that he has serious dirt on a lot of people.
Age alone means nothing. Even if you disagree with him politically, Bernie Sanders is at the top of his game even at age 82.
