The 40% claim is bullshit from the RNC, which counts whenever Biden is away from the White House, even when he's working. You're either biased or gullible if you fall for that. Trump's time away from the White House was at his personal properties, so he used those trips as an excuse to bilk the taxpayers, not that you care. You worship an accused felon, rapist, and proven grifter. Get ready to scream "stolen election" again when he loses by an even bigger margin next year.
