You can only vote on one answer.
Or have others noticed with a cringe how Trump has to inject an insulting word intro the name of everyone he dislikes. "Sleepy" Joe Biden. etc. The sort of thing most of us quit by the time we hit puberty...And he seems to think it makes him look clever..😷

No kidding. It’s actually possible to disagree with someone without childish personal insults. Trump has never seemed to understand this. Unfortunately, when the leader of our country has no manners, many people feel it’s acceptable to check theirs at the door and behave boorishly, as well.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@bijouxbroussard And this is exactly what we have seen throughout the US, and here on SW. Wasn't it Michael Dukakis who said during the 1988 presidential campaign about Reagan, "A fish rots from the head down"?
@windinhishair Yes, that’s right.

Nanoose · 61-69, M
The name calling is bad but the worst was when he made fun of a mentally challenged reporter at one of his rallies. Cheers!

@Nanoose He thinks everybody who isn't a Trumpsucker like him is unemployed.
Nanoose · 61-69, M
@LordShadowfire Well I am pretty sure he doesn't really believe it but he says it anyway because Trump gives him an extra inch when he does. Cheers!
JimboSaturn · 51-55, M
It's schoolyard taunts. He is very much like a school child both with his silly nick names and his childish hyperbole "greatest president in history" "worst person ever "

I feel like I'm back in grade school again listening to him. Very scary he was a president.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@JimboSaturn While thats true, its actually cringeworthy to hear a (supposed) adult speak that way. You can forgive one or two.. But it is as if he has to call everyone, "Mister Poo Poo Pants" I hope this isnt the stuff aliens hear while checking the planet for intelligent life..😷
Wiseacre · F
@JimboSaturn scary indeed..and he might return.
Shaveit · 61-69, M
It is not interjecting a derogative if it is the truth.
It is called speaking FACT!
And you just proved the truth hurts those of simple mind.
SevIsPamprinYouAlways · 56-60, F
@Shaveit yes, it is still interjecting a derogative.
And there are actually people who try to justify his childish behavior..
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@Shaveit Thank you for pointing that out.. You will note that I left an option in my poll for people to give me the Trump standard answer, which is fine.. Thats what its there for. But since everyone gets a voice here, everyone is entitled to mine as well. Trump was an icehole long before he went into politics. And those who continue to support him after he has been so comprehensively exposed as a fraud, a cheat and a liar are obviosly content to be seen as iceholes themselves.😷
If you can't conquer, diminish. Badly.
Holidaze · 18-21, F
Trump is Biff from Back to the Future
DearAmbellina2113 · 41-45, F
He is mentally unstable and stunted.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@Shaveit There is not need to be sorry... I am sure you are doing the best you can and we are all very proud of you...😷
Shaveit · 61-69, M
@whowasthatmaskedman As you should be.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@Shaveit I consider it my duty to foster self respect among the less fortunate::
JohnOinger · 41-45, M
Hes like A Kid
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@JohnOinger Would you put up with that behaviour from any child of yours??😷
JohnOinger · 41-45, M
@whowasthatmaskedman Defintely Not
Wiseacre · F
@JohnOinger a kid with conduct disorder.
chrisCA · M
The sad thing is, his base eats this stuff up.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@chrisCA I suppose they must.. But these arent the Americans I know..😷
daydeeo · 61-69, M
You have to admit though that "Pocahontas" was pretty funny.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@daydeeo We have a number of people here claiming Aboriginal heritage who you wouldnt pick.. I'm sure they have their reasons...😷
Northwest · M
@daydeeo Except that this is not what she said.

One time, during a chat with someone, she mentioned that she heard, growing up, that the family had some Native American blood.

Not much different from the family history stories, that must of us Americans share.

Except that in her case, she became a Senator, so this became a point of ridicule.

Of course, Trump picked up on this, like the bully that he is. In response, she said she would take a DNA test. If she has Native American ancestry, Trump would pay $1M to a charity of her choice. If she doesn’t, she would pay.

She was right, and he did not pay up.

So, the truth is that she did not take the test, for bragging rights, and the whole thing is nothing more than partisan bullshit.

But you would know if you cared to do any fact checking. Right?
SevIsPamprinYouAlways · 56-60, F
@daydeeo Yes, that’s essentially what I said
Those rich preppie boarding school boys like Trump talked like that in high school, always putting down the eggheads, dweebs and jocks. It's competitive education at it's shining best
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@Roundandroundwego These are the high schoolers who still call their parents Mommy and Daddy.
@whowasthatmaskedman yup. But Mummy, all the other boys will be skiing there this winter!
windinhishair · 61-69, M
Trump learned long ago that it paid to be a bully. He will never stop until he is dead and gone.
ron122 · 41-45, M
Have you not seen the remarks from democrats on here?
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
Well, "the base" does love it. They literally eat it up.
Yes, and his cultists tend to do it as well.

The good thing is, it saves us from trying to have a rational conversation with these people. We can dismiss them out of hand.
