Do you think deep down inside Donald Trump wants to pay for his role in Jan. 6th?

A lot of the people that that testified before the Jan. 6th panel have said that before they testified they received messages saying things like he is watching you and he knows you will do the right thing. So maybe the he is Trump and deep down in side he wants the people to tell the truth about him interfering in the election and causing a riot so he can be punished and die with a clear conscience. Cheers!

Do you know why Trump keeps saying the Election was Stolen? All you have to do is look at the months before the Election.
Every Rally in every State that Trump had, Thousands if not 10s of Thousands showed up.
Every Rally that Biden had, Hundreds showed up.
Plus, up to 2am on the next day after that Election Day, Trump was winning. But by 3am, Biden had received 7 million more votes than Trump.
It's not hard to figure out why this is happening.
It's also not too hard to figure out why this hearing is going the way it is. Democrat policies are destroying the US Economy with the highest Inflation we have seen in over 40 years. Democrat Policies are eliminating entire Industries here in the US Today with nothing being set up to replace them with.
The Jan. 6th hearings is the Democrat Propaganda Machine underway to hide what they're actually doing to the USA with their Agenda.

No indeed. It was exactly what was predicted to happen. Republicans voted, in-person, in much higher numbers than Democrats, as predicted. And because their votes would be counted first, Trump would most assuredly be winning. The mail in ballots, which were overwhelmingly Democrat, were of course counted much more slowly, and gradually overhauled the Republican vote. If mail-in ballots were counted at the same time in all states, like in Florida, there would have been a more or less instant result for each state. But of course many states wouldn't allow that, hence the Blue Wave, which had been predicted weeks in advance but which a lot of people did not have the brains to comprehend.

@dakotaviper the Republicans are complaining about not being represented on the committee. After they tried to not have a committee or an investigation. They tried to portray January 6th it's just an ordinary day. What BS. They wanted to sweep it under the rug and everybody pretend it never happened. Sorry. It happened. It happened on TV. Everybody got to see January 6th. And now everybody's getting to see Trump's part in it. Of course there's no cross-examination by Republicans because they wanted no part of this exposure of Trump's illegal activities.

Trump was actively downplaying COVID, flaunting anti-crowd mandates; Biden was following pandemic restrictions, advocating people practice social distancing and take precautions, and did most of his campaigning by virtual media. Of course the optics were different. And as Samhainn already pointed out, the same applies to voting -- Trump urged voting in person despite the pandemic; Biden promoted voting by mail where ever possible. All responsible prognosticators predicted exactly what happened: the so-called Red Wave of Republican votes cast in person and being counted first, with the following count of mail-in ballots to be largely for Biden. Trump tried to distance himself from his poor handling of the pandemic by pretending it didn't exist and in doing so set up the dynamics of the vote counting and possibly diminished his turn-out as well. @SW-User

No. I think deep down inside, Trump believes that he alone in the world matters; nobody else matters. And that therefore, he should be allowed to take power by any means necessary. That's where his pathological narcissism has led him.

More likely he was trying to intimidate them into not telling the truth about his interference, and further charges of attempted witness tampering should apply. But it’s a nice thought. 😇
