As an outsider looking in, I think things have become so toxic in the US that even violent and murderous attacks on the American democracy will not be seriously prosecuted. A person who sent his violent thugs to storm the US Capitol committed high treason, and should spend the rest of his life in jail. But that won't happen. In fact I think this is one of the few cases where death penalty is warranted.

The January 6th committee is a joke. Donald Trump was the best president we've ever had. His vision and energy and courage gave America 4 profitable and peaceful years. His effectiveness scared the pants off democrats that have spent every waking moment hating on Trump and generating fantasies they can never prove.

That committee is a kangaroo court. It’s purely political, and I’m pretty sure has no legal authority. That would come from a court of law. These politicians are lawmakers not judges.

@cherokeepatti The Capital police didn't unlock the doors the Capital police were risking their life's fighting to keep the rioters out and protect the senators. The cops that unlocked the doors were likely Trump supporters fighting for him so he could stay in power.
