I Am Trying to Find Happiness

I'd lean more towards it being a state of being, but it's still fleeting. Joy on the other hand is something that tends to stick around and can burn a bright flame inside. Sometimes some people need to learn that it's OK to feel negative emotions, etc because they're often a great tool for learning and much needed change.

Look within @Tinymomo thats where happiness lives :) If you live life where at every crossroads you look within and go in the direction that makes you feel good and keep following that upward shift you will be a happy person ;)

I like to think happiness is a life choice. Yes bad things happen in life and they make you sad, but I refuse to believe happiness is just a destination. Because then what?

I feel happiness is many things. Its a state of mind and yet it seem to be vibrations and energy as well. However it all starts from within ourselves.

I reached happiness in the depths of depression, by stopping always analyzing things, just go with the flow and let it nourish your spirit. Surrender and stop trying to take control. That is what really helped me out. Happiness is only a matter of perception. Good luck friend, life is made to be enjoyed, even in the shittiest moments. You can't enjoy a good rollercoaster ride without the falls.
