I Am Trying to Find Happiness

I can't decide if happiness is a thing out there to be found or if its a state of being. I feel like i'm searching around in the dark for something, and i don't even know what it feels like..

Look within @Tinymomo thats where happiness lives :) If you live life where at every crossroads you look within and go in the direction that makes you feel good and keep following that upward shift you will be a happy person ;)
