@Waveney Nothing will appease the Right, but we can take the wind out of their sails. Aside from the "small boats", net immigration has more than halved under this government. Reform UK's proposals for cutting "government waste" are less radical than the current government's own plans, and fiscally they have little clue. Beyond the personal appeal of Nigel, the party is looking pretty threadbare and directionless.
