All the soy boys.
I would like to hear what her employer has to say, it appears to be unfair to be laid off

Let's be fair, Trump is just the cherry on the shit sundae that is our economic stability. I've had constant anxiety about job security and the fact I could be laid off without warning since 2008. Gen Z just doesn't actuality remember a time when things did seem stable.

Hard to say exactly what the situation is.

These employers are taking probation issues seriously unfortunately. So if there's no record with that employer, they justify their actions by the fact the employees are on probation.

Yes even this is a legal issue. Even California allows certain employer actions based on probation or not.

I've worked for such non emergency companies, in California.

It's justifiable by contract fulfillment. You don't show up, the company loses the contract.

This could be resolved by the companies, if there was legal standing within each contract. Like a certain number of people on standby.

What he's doing has had ramifications in other countries too. Making it hard on all of us.

She most likely missed too much work. You don't care what her employer has to say about her work histery?
ron122 · 46-50, M
@SatanBurger Nice try at deflection. Why don't you want to know all the facts about her work history?

Ronny has an insatiable need to be perceived as 'correct' in anything he asserts, so let him be 'right' because he's extremely right-wing biased anyway.

Not me going into a dissociative daydream involving felony assault on the supervisor.
