To operate a car and get a license, you need to read the DMV manual, pass tests to get a permit and if you pass the driving test you can have your license.

Even Eye tests are required before you can operate a vehicle independently.

Reckless and dangerous driving can get your license revoked/ suspended and you can serve jail time.

No, and again I can't help but chastise you for acting like the guy in "Memento". It's like every time I speak to you, its the first time we've ever conversed. While my politics and sympathies lie on the right hand side of the political spectrum, I am not a slavering right winger who just believes everything a right wing pundit or politician says. Each case deserves to be viewed on its own merits, not whether or not someone has had other accusations in their past.

As far as Reade goes, her lying on the stand about her credentials is certainly notable when it comes to her credibility, however you and other leftists were dismissive of her claims long before any of that came out. I guess its good someone finally found something unrelated to her accusation that tarnished her credibility so you have something to hang your hat on.

Guns are means to kill people easily. It takes less force to pull a trigger than to use a knife for example.
