Every time that I see republican Senator John Kennedy from Louisiana speak, I keep thinking about the time that he said, and I quote: "I can't wait to get your cock in my mouth". He did say it, it's documented and there's is video evidence proving my statement.

Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Missouri, thinks he has prosecutor Jack Smith cornered. Turns out Schmitt confused the NBA Atlanta Hawks with the the NCAA Iowa Hawkeyes🤣😂

"What would you say if I had a series of text messages from your team," Schmitt said, "that said you were in Atlanta at a Warrior-Hawks game on February 3, 2024, the day after Willis and Wade announced their affair?"
Staff behind Schmitt then put up a poster appearing to show alleged texts among them. But it was taken down in a matter of seconds.
"You just took it down really quick. If I could look at that again?" Smith asked. However, Schmitt declined to display the image again.
"We'll put it in a file. You can respond," Schmitt responded, suggesting he would let Smith see the image sometime after the hearing.
"I think you've already perjured yourself," Schmitt added, accusing Smith of committing a crime by lying to Congress.

"It was Maryland playing Iowa, I think February 2024," Smith said.
At that point, Klobuchar pointed out that Schmitt seemed to have mistaken the teams.
"That might be the confusion, over the names of the team," she said, before turning to Schmitt, saying, "perhaps you should have looked at it more carefully."

@ElwoodBlues that pretty much rendered anything else they have to say irrelevant.
KunsanVeteran · M
@ElwoodBlues Perhaps, and I am only speculating here, it’s instances like this that earned the lame Senator the nickname Dumbsh!t in Missouri?

The republican senators questions were, as usual, absurd.
I loved the guy that was certain he was going to nail smith with perjury, only to have his nose rubbed into his own incompetence.

It's not that amazing when you consider that orange cOck is very very small. It would be as easy as asking questions with a tic - tak in their mouth. Cheers!

AND. The Hawkeye game Prosecutor Smith actually attended was a women's college basketball game. These self appointed protectors of women's sports can't tell the difference between a professional men's team and a college women's team??🤣??😂

@ElwoodBlues Honestly, there need to be some minimum requirements for anyone elected to the federal government.
Here are some suggestions and you will see that I am setting the bar really, really low:
1. High school diploma. Under certain circumstances, a GED might be acceptable—however, multiple attempts to pass a GED should be viewed with suspicion and skepticism.
2. Post high school reading comprehension.
3. Residency in the district/state which they intend to represent.
4. Passing a thorough background check.
5. Able to secure a “Secret” Security Clearance (tied to # 4).
6. Full financial disclosures.
7. Forbidden to place insider trades.
8. Yearly audits while in office.
Also, there needs to be criteria to remove elected officials with health concerns including mental health issues if the need becomes obvious. Substance abuse should be grounds for immediate removal.
Elected officials should be required to submit to random drug screening similar to all members of the military.
