It doesn't say the president or even the states. Why this supreme Court over ruled Roe versus wade and let the states decide. Same with the ten commandments in schools.

It's all how you interpret it. The primary job of the supreme Court. If it's written too vague, it can mean anything. And Republicans are well known for letter of the law.
The spirit of the law doesn't matter to them. Nor does it say anything in the constitution about the spirit of the law.

@Waveney I disagree. The polls say differently. Public Opinion is running solidly against him. However it does tell you the media doesnt represent public opinion. It represents the opinion of the media owners.😷
A year ago the Catholic Church was promoting Trump and his cabinet (which is over a third Roman Catholic - including Rubio, Vance and even Karoline Leavitt). I thought this was odd. A couple years ago they were admonishing Joe Biden (who has been Catholic his entire life) over Democrats position on "pro-choice".
It's an oddity, to me, how Republicans (in general) are opposed to the idea of "killing babies" yet they have no qualms over killing thousands of defenseless people - whose only error was to be born in the wrong place and time.
