but it makes sense - wearing a "police" jacket is simply not identification.
I've seen them on video when asked to identify themself saying "don't worry about it"
So if a person is touched by someone not clearly identifying themself as law enforcement with a legitmate legal power to force you to the ground or handcuff you - well.....
You have the right to protect yourself.
In practice though - you shoot an agent - there's going to be half a dozen trigger happy people willing to bring you down.
I hope she mentioned that part too.

This comes as little surprise and is entirely logical within the way of thinking that framed the legislation. It also seems to me to be in keeping with the cries of those supporting guns for everyone to keep the government under control.

@bijouxbroussard no they did lots of good .. social rights for one.. Reagan was just president at that time.. it was for blacks not being hanged or dragged behind a truck till they fall apart.. ect[] and the truck dragging if can remember right it was in the 1990s so not that long ago
