I'm no attorney - obviously
but it makes sense - wearing a "police" jacket is simply not identification.
I've seen them on video when asked to identify themself saying "don't worry about it"
So if a person is touched by someone not clearly identifying themself as law enforcement with a legitmate legal power to force you to the ground or handcuff you - well.....
You have the right to protect yourself.
In practice though - you shoot an agent - there's going to be half a dozen trigger happy people willing to bring you down.
I hope she mentioned that part too.
