@bijouxbroussard no they did lots of good .. social rights for one.. Reagan was just president at that time.. it was for blacks not being hanged or dragged behind a truck till they fall apart.. ect[] and the truck dragging if can remember right it was in the 1990s so not that long ago

@markinkansas Two of the men who murdered James Byrd, Jr. were executed by lethal injection for that crime, possibly the first time the state imposed the death penalty on white men for the murder of a black person.
