The Canadian Travel Bureau is warning Canadians to avoid all travel to the USA if at all possible, citing the entire USA to be a dangerous travel zone.

I've been living no more than 20 kilometers north of the Canada/US border for my whole life and from the time I was a kid until now, they've always been the same! The cultural differences are palpable.

I was watching a Real Estate documentary on TV that was made by a Realtor in Florida, where she showed that the entire State of Florida has turned into a ghost town since Trump started his second term in Office, most notably the near-total absence of Canadians who typically go there for the winter.

I mean, there are entire towns and residential districts that have been completely abandoned and are up for sale with no American buyers stepping forward, mainly because Americans are broke and Canadians just want to cash-out and go someplace where everyone isn't brandishing a gawdamn gun because their ancient Constitution says they can carry one.
