I generally do not comment on political posts but I do not think the way forward is to block those that disagree with you. True there are radicals on SW but while they are loud they are few and far between. There is no benefit to be gained from an echo chamber and the only people that benefit are those that only want to hear their own views substantiated while ignoring the views of others...Everyone is different and this is what separates human beings from lentils. There will be no peace without analysis of the others needs, debate on what can be given agree to disagree on what cannot. Without debate it is simply a case of 'them against us' and there is absolutely, categorically no future in that.
I hate it when people assume anything about me as 99.5% of the time they are wrong as you sir, are wrong.
They can disagree with me all day long… what I will NOT tolerate even a few minutes is their vile rudeness and calling me names. No sir… not gonna happen! I’ve taken far too much from people online and I don’t spend even a few minutes contemplating blocking them. Life is better when you can move the toxicity from your sight. And no sir, I don’t need your approval nor the next Joe Blow either. JS

I'll admit it. I have blocked more leftwingers in the last 24 hours than I have over the course of years. I'm actually blocking people I've know on here for years. It's sad.
See I’ve been blocking ugliness all along these years and even quite a few yesterday… I didn’t need to wait til murder was at our door step. There’s just something about me that people don’t hold their meaness back… They think they can say anything to me and get away with it. I guess the know in their spirits who they can take their anger out on… They are wrong!
I was very distraught over yesterday’s events as much as anyone . I’ve been screaming about what was coming since 2015… and ‘some things’ even longer… Nobody much believed it would come to this. But you know what? It will get worse! How do I know? The Bible tells me so! Wait til our currency fails and God forbid, Islamic attacks on our own soil…could be just as severe as Israel… so many have forgotten 9-11 and quickly … these are demonic times…Oh yes, my friend, most don’t want to hear these things, but what God says will happen in his Book, will come to pass. Am I happy about that? I pray Lord your will be done… not my will but thy will. And hold on a little longer cause a one world government is very much predicted in the Bible… Things will get much worse and lawlessness will abound. I don't normally block unless someone gets really nasty. I have been blocked by quite a few since Trump took office. One blocked me yesterday after he/she replied to my comment. HE/she said Charlie Kirks assassination was done by a Republican. I think it's really a man posing as a girl.
@ron122 Believe me friend, when I tell you that tho it may not be many but yes, I know several guys that pretend to be women and even known a couple of women who pretend to be men. But… they would never admit it.
I doubt seriously this murder was caused by a Republican… He is a professional sniper tho young…and could have been trained here among our military and may be even from a country that hates us or maybe even one of our own citizens… time will tell… Could be a paid assassin…

Exactly, I tried unblocking on New Year's Day just because I was in a good mood. But Nope! Lotta good that did, had to block the same ones all over again. Leopards don't change their spots. Once in jail, always in jail!
