So, the illegal alien was detained during his trial. I'm assuming the judge's rationale is because the ICE agent has to wait until after the verdict to arrest the illegal? Isn't the reason he falsified his driver's license because he's an illegal alien?

You don't seem to care when judges order Trump to do something and he doesn't. What happened then from you, crickets. Also this isn't a case of Nazism, the person didn't have their chance for due process and the judge was going to allow due process to happen, Trump violated due process.

Constitutionally, a "time of public danger" as referenced in the Fifth Amendment's Grand Jury Clause, encompasses situations beyond just war or foreign invasion, including threats like plagues, financial panics, jailbreaks, and natural disasters, where the militia or military may be called upon to restore order.
None of those conditions were or are happening. Gestapo tactics (and gazpacho tactics) need to be nipped in the bud.

@Reason10 The police who were beaten severely would beg to differ about the Jan 6th rioters being called tourists. Also several Jan 6th rioters pardoned were arrested for child prn. There were like 6 I believe and if there's that many, it's quite obvious the "types" of people trying to take over our government on Jan 6th.
