Constitutionally, a "time of public danger" as referenced in the Fifth Amendment's Grand Jury Clause, encompasses situations beyond just war or foreign invasion, including threats like plagues, financial panics, jailbreaks, and natural disasters, where the militia or military may be called upon to restore order.

There were like 6 I believe and if there's that many, it's quite obvious the "types" of people trying to take over our government on Jan 6th.
