Take mr Pukin' as a land grabber in Europe then add mr tRump as a land grabber in the Americas.... Weren't they 'buddies' in tRump's last tenure? And...tRump says he has a solution to the war (land grab) in Ukraine??? Where are we going in this scenario?
Oh yeah...And tRump indicates he might pull the USA out of NATO... doesn't that mean that he (the USA) won't be obligated to defend the other NATO alliance members from Pukin's aggressions??
After WWII we entered a new era where land grabs are illegal. Trump's just chatting us back into brutality for the USA, playing to the brutal fantasies of the population. When Americans refused to vote for their alternative parties again, everyone understood it's because they're deadly, pro war and angry at the globe. They're on the offensive and people will die.
@Roundandroundwego Definitely the USA is being 'passively aggressive' with respect to Israel's war with Hamas (now there's an accord). I've been harboring a dislike for USA foreign policy for over 50 years..... ABUSE, ABUSE and more ABUSE of other countries' politics and natural resources. They do it under the guise of protecting and promoting 'democracy', but the reality is that they do it for financial or political gain for themselves. Most evident and most recent is P. tRump's threats of tariffs on our country, Canada.... WHY? He's just being opportunistic and his short memory seems to have forgotten that he endorsed the CANMEXUS trade accord the last time he was in office.
Trump cannot expand the USA, even if he wanted to. Canada is a sovereign Nation and so is Greenland a sovereign Nation. Canada is a member of NATO and so is Greenland a member of NATO.
For the USA to suddenly decided to annex either of those two countries is paramount to a NATO country invading another NATO country for the purpose of expanding their own territory.
For the USA to invade another NATO country, NATO as a collective 'whole' would be all over the USA like a pail of cold water at a wet T-shirt contest. The US military would quickly become overwhelmed and Trump would likely suffer the same fate as the US imposed onto Osama bin Ladin when Osama tried to push his agenda onto the USA. Same story, different playbook.
@Sazzio It won't be, though. He's going to simultaneously piss off Canada, Greenland, and probably the rest of Europe. We'll become the next focal point of NATO if he makes a move.
