So will Biden and Trump actually meet on the field of debate or not?

Team Trump will find an excuse to back out. RNC co-chair Lara Trump is already saying the rules are "rigged heavily" in favor of Biden. What she means is Trump won't have the opportunity to interrupt and shout down his opponent every 30 seconds.

If any debate takes place i can imagine Trump breaking all the rules and then when told to be quiet day he's being denied his rights

biden's time will be up before he can say two words.

He'll weasel out of it, and his cultists will applaud him.

Trump will win the debate. He is right on ALL the issues and Biden is the WORST president in history.
Thing is, Trump doesn't do too well in debates, style wise. He wins them based on the facts, but he likes to get into arguments too easily. Biden does too, although Biden comes across like a senile old man (which of course he is.)
