Trump supporters: If Trump is found guilty in a court of law will that change your enthusiasm to have him as president again?

Will that convince you that Trump has deceived you as to his character?
Or will any conviction of Trump be, in your eyes, only an unfair weaponization of the justice system?

It's already demonstrated that he committed fraud by lying about how much several of his properties were worth.

It's looking bad for him, guys....

At this point, if he goes to prison the people still supporting him will consider him a martyr. He's not going to prison for crimes. He's going to prison because he was a political opponent that had been unfairly targeted and given a sham trial. The narrative is already set whether he wins or loses.

@ViciDraco Yeah but...who cares what they think?
ViciDraco · 36-40, M
@Vin53 i mean, it depends on how many of them there are... gotta remember this is going to be an election based on who people are voting against rather than for. Biden isn't actually doing so hot in approvals either. It's a scary time

@ViciDraco He lost by 7million votes in 2020, do you think felony convictions are going to win over those 7m?
ViciDraco · 36-40, M
@Vin53 I'm concerned people are going to have a sense of relaxed confidence and not take the effort to go out and vote against him in the same numbers. Even being behind by 7 million, he still had more votes than past winning presidents had. We had amazing voter turnout.
JPWhoo · 36-40, MVIP
@Vin53 Nope, those 7 million votes don't mean shit. He really only lost by about 40,000 strategically placed votes in Georgia, Arizona, and Wisconsin.
Vin53 · M
@JPWhoo And by strategically placed do you mean illegally placed?
JPWhoo · 36-40, MVIP
@Vin53 I was not commenting on that. I meant that if the hypothetical extra 40,000 Trump votes were spread evenly or randomly across the country, then the election's outcome most likely would have been the same; however, if there had been 11,780 more Trump votes in Georgia and a total of 28,000 more Trump votes in Arizona and Wisconsin (I'm not sure exactly how they would have had to be divided up between those two states), then Trump would have won the election instead of Biden.

@JPWhoo Yes I'm aware of the fineries of electoral votes, I'm also aware that trump lost the popular vote by millions and millions in each of his elections.

Don't forget about all those young rednecks who have turned 18 since the last election. And also how many red states have made it more difficult to vote.
Put that on top of those 70 million people who voted for him last time because you know they're all going to vote for him again, aside from the ones who died in the interim.
@Vin53 I would vote for any republican, except Trump over Biden. If it comes down to Biden vs Trump again, I just won't vote.
