Michael Cohen was indicted and imprisoned for paying off Stormy D for trump. Why shouldn't trump also be indicted?

I cut and pasted the definition, which states that to be in that schedule, there must be no cli9nical use of the medication, which is decidedly not the case with fentanyl. @fanuc2013 No, Cohen was convicted of campaign finance crimes and perjury, among other things. He was Trump's lawyer. Stormy Daniels' lawyer was Michael Avenatti and HE was convicted of misusing her money.
