Michael Cohen was indicted and imprisoned for paying off Stormy D for trump. Why shouldn't trump also be indicted?

Does it really come down to who's above the law and who isn't?

Shouldn't our laws and justice be applied to all people equally?

That’s why you have lawyers…
They do shady shit, they get into trouble..

Is it up to the client to check over the lawyers work?
Kinda negates having a lawyer in the first place..
