Michael Cohen was indicted and imprisoned for paying off Stormy D for trump. Why shouldn't trump also be indicted?

Does it really come down to who's above the law and who isn't?

Shouldn't our laws and justice be applied to all people equally?

Cohen was not convicted of paying off Daniels. He was convicted of misusing her and other clients monies.

@fanuc2013 No, Cohen was convicted of campaign finance crimes and perjury, among other things. He was Trump's lawyer. Stormy Daniels' lawyer was Michael Avenatti and HE was convicted of misusing her money.
