Smartest president this millennium.

Here is a FACT that people on all political sides should agree on: Obama was the most intelligent president so far this millennium. Whether you support him or not, Biden is a bumbling idiot. We all know George W Bush was in the same category. And whether you like him or not, Trump has no idea what he is talking about. So whether you like him or not Obama is clearly the most intelligent president the USA has had so far this millennium. He's the only one that can give an intelligent speech that stays on point.

Bill Clinton was a Rhodes Scholar and estimated IQ at 156

But maybe like George Costanza, sex clouded his ability to think clearly 😅
Crazywaterspring · 61-69, M
@Muthafukajones Lewinski was a huge embarrassment mainly because Republicans are fascinated on other people's private lives.
Muthafukajones · 46-50, M
@Crazywaterspring why would anyone really care about the scandal? It seemed to go on and on and on. I never cared… if he wanted to have hookers in the Oval Office I wouldn’t have cared.
Slade · 56-60, M
@Crazywaterspring That was a serious IQ killer
Budwick · 70-79, M
He's the only one that can give an intelligent speech that stays on point.

Obama is 'smoove' when lying to you face!
That doesn't make him smart.
Obama unleashed division of the people that still plagues us today.

I appreciate and admire a president that can get things done that benefit the country.
No one tops Trump on that.
RuyLopez · 56-60, M
@black4white That I can believe. Sorry it was low hanging fruit. 😉

Ronald Reagan not the smartest president himself as a person but he appointed good advisors and listened to them ???
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Longleggedlady Democracy does exist, however tenuously at the moment. But I think you have hit on the crux of the issue--external forces (and internal ones as well) benefit from him being in office. With someone so psychiatrically compromised and subject to manipulation, he is a gift to foreign governments for exploitation. Russia has been cultivating him since the 1980s and was ecstatic to have him in office as a tool. They were shocked at how easy he was to co-opt.
Longleggedlady · 31-35, F
@windinhishair Very much so he is an absolute lunatic and you can play him wholesale all the way to the bank. Net worth's of individuals both internal and external doubled in his Presidency it would be very lucrative to have him back again He put AMERICAFIRST and promptly made sure you came last
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Longleggedlady Absolutely. But he convinced others that putting America last was America first, and they continue to believe their lying eyes.
Slade · 56-60, M
Who the fuck cares what a president's IQ is? I want a leader, not a Jeopardy champion. Go to any university and you'll find a conglomeration of high IQ idiots. Only a lunatic would want one for president.

Stupid thread. Stupid subject.

Shut it down
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
i will give him one thing....... he's a much better public speaker than the dude we have in there now.
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@YourMomsSecretCrush And the one before him.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
He is a very articulate and good speaker. We were fortunate to have him as a president.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@trollslayer Wages have not kept up with inflation in the past 30 or 40 years. Income is becoming more stratified over time, not less, and we currently have the biggest disparity between high incomes and low incomes in the past 100 years. Unless we have some major changes, many young people today will never own homes during their lifetimes. Income disparity is actually at the crux of many of the political problems we have right now.
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@windinhishair Agreed. I read somewhere that to afford housing in my city now household income needs to be over $100k per year. I see that expense as the biggest driver of inflation, much more than gasoline, or COVID stimulus money.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@trollslayer It definitely has a huge impact, and that statistic is shocking but not surprising.
I wonder if the OWS people who he publicly backed, aka the 99%ers are glad he now is living in a mansion in Massachusetts while their lives have probably been devastated by Covid and the current administration in power.
Oh let’s not forget when running, the 1% in the way of Corporations backed and supported him. Yup the consummate bullshit artist and snake oil salesman!
You forgot to mention that Obama had mental issues.

AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
Being a “well spoken black man “ like our current president described him doesn’t exactly translate to intelligence .
MasterLee · 56-60, M
@AthrillatheHunt he just rants
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
@MasterLee he is a great orator (BigO not JoeB).
MasterLee · 56-60, M
@AthrillatheHunt empty suit
Strictgram · 70-79, C
Based on what evidence is Obama smart?
MasterLee · 56-60, M
@trollslayer yeah obama ranks second to last
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@MasterLee Are you joking? Biden talks like a geriatric old man. Trump can't form complete sentences. Bush - well there is a term called "Bushisms" for a reason.
MasterLee · 56-60, M
@trollslayer trump talks fine. You just watch clips on some liberal news.

@ManKing "Obama is way smarter than Trump." Plese supply documentary evidence. Trump is a Wharton graduate certainly an intellectual achievement. You're right about Trump being the better president. Biden is not even close to either.
Except don’t ask him how many states we have. No, not 57. Granted he was a charmer and a dazzler.
MasterLee · 56-60, M
Sounds like you need to expand your circle
black4white · 56-60, M
@MasterLee As much as i disagree.... i appreciate your opinion...thanks
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@MasterLee Communists can be smart too. I'm not talking about political positions. I'm talking about intelligence in a general term. With the 4 presidents so far this millennium, in raw intelligence Obama wins hands down. I don't see how anyone can make an argument for any of the others.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@trollslayer Smart enough to turn a $350,000 a year job to $65,000,000. Ya gotta hand that to him, sure enough
1 out of 4, impressive 👏. All the bailouts instantly sink that ship, hes a centralized government extremist, the opposite ideology that created the U.S. of A.
dancingtongue · 80-89, M
But not a Rhodes Scholar like Clinton, whom the right wing hated almost as much as Obama.
@dancingtongue
he was pretty moderate however, and had his share of friends across the aisle.
dancingtongue · 80-89, M
@YourMomsSecretCrush He was moderate and like Biden, some of his biggest challenges were keeping the extremists of his party under check, particularly on the economy, which always made one wonder why the right wing hated him so much.
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@dancingtongue Seems like Rush Limbaugh and other right wing personalities popped up when Clinton took office. Clinton was hated by the right from the start. I always assumed much of that was being butthurt over their guy not winning re-election. Ross Perot spoiled it for them. I always felt republicans were looking for something to nail Clinton on from the start. Eventually they caught him with Lewinsky, but that was the best they could do. Obama was hated because of race. Period. Maybe they weren't overtly racist, but they had issues with his mixed-race heritage, his father being a black Muslim, his name sounding too close to Osama. It made them uncomfortable, and thus biased their opinion. Obama was pretty middle-of-the road, and pissed off many on the left for not taking more radical positions.
Slade · 56-60, M
Yeah. Brilliant. Couldn't even figure out how to marry within the species
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@Slade You racists never quit...
Slade · 56-60, M
@trollslayer You make an accusation you better have proof
fanuc2013 · 51-55, F
Well, in defense of George Bush, it finally came out, he had a higher GPA in college than Kerry.
If only that mattered more.
Smart doesn't mean you're good.
Fukfacewillie · 56-60, M
Obama was a great President, and when he speaks publicly I am reminded why I supported him so fervently.
It’s interesting that he is out campaigning for any number of Democrats, but yet lambasted Biden with his remark about not underestimating Biden’s ability to f things up.
There’s a song he should listen to: Once upon a time never comes again.
hunkalove · 61-69, M
Obama was smart, but he wasn't a good president. Accomplished nothing. Reminds me of Carter. And made Trump's fear and hate possible.
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@hunkalove I don't think Carter is that bright. As for Obama's accomplishments - I think there are a few things during his terms that stand out - healthcare, whether you love it or hate it - at least there has been movement and discussion of the issue. Then things like Gay Marriage and other social changes that happened under him. As far as fostering fear and hate - I'm not so sure Obama could have done much different there. I personally know or knew plenty of folks who got riled up by his skin color and/or foreign sounding name. No matter how effective he was as president, there would still be that 20-30% filled with fear and hate.
Tres13 · 51-55, M
Obama is a Pimp

Clinton is a Plantation owner who fornicates the female slaves

Donny is the smartest NuclearMAGA
SunshineGirl · 36-40, F
Yes, but quite a low bar to be honest 🙂
