Here is a FACT that people on all political sides should agree on: Obama was the most intelligent president so far this millennium. Whether you support him or not, Biden is a bumbling idiot. We all know George W Bush was in the same category. And whether you like him or not, Trump has no idea what he is talking about. So whether you like him or not Obama is clearly the most intelligent president the USA has had so far this millennium. He's the only one that can give an intelligent speech that stays on point.

@fun4us2b I found Bill Clinton to be an intelligent president. I was not even slightly concerned about the scandals. It was embarrassing for his wife and family but not really relevant to his work in office.

@Muthafukajones He came across as a southern hick, but I agree with you. It may be easy to conclude that he lacked intelligence considering the scandals he was involved with, but he was smart enough to weather through them and not. Intelligent people can be crooks too. I have read Nixon was considered quite smart.
