One of America's most universally disliked mayors is encouraging unlawful protests.

18 U.S.C. § 1507

Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or
with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty,
pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or
in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or
with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence,
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

I wonder how much time Lori could get for instigating?

She’s not stupid. Granted she said
“ A call to arms” but it could also be a reference to political action and not insurrection or violence. Again she knows what side her bread is buttered on!

Now if those objecting to the decision ( leaked) really want to act up and do so violently they have but to go to the Supreme Court structure and attempt to get past the fence that has been put up and go inside.
I doubt they have the willingness to do that.
