@SW-User He didn't hire them for any old job. He hired them to hold critical leadership roles at the highest level of government. He didn't announce any cabinet picks prior to his election, so he didn't pick them to pander to anyone. You're trying to find racism where it doesn't exist. You haven't cited anything that makes him out to be racist, anti-black, or anti-POC. You're just declaring that he's racist without any evidence

There's a whole right-wing mafia spreading misinformation about every Democrat, and particularly any Democrat who might actually win.
The same people who seriously claim to dislike him because of nepotism happily voted for a Trump government which employed half his family and eight acolytes ended up in prison.
The same people who claim to be disgusted by sniffing a relatives hair happily voted for a man who said he wished he could sleep with his own daughter and bragged about using his power to sexually abuse women.
It's almost funny how easily brainwashed these suckers are.

Most dislike him simply for being a Democrat...petty tribalism hasn't gone away yet
Some dislike him for being old and making speaking gaffes....it makes people think that's he not mentally fit for office. But to be fair, speaking mistakes are common. Just look at a blooper reel from a film or show every once in a while and realize that even when lines are scripted for professional actors, they're still liable to be messed up
Many dislike him because he's been in politics for most of his life and see him as just another self-serving politician without substantive policy ideas. Considering he gets attacked by both the left and right for this one, I'd say there's something to that idea.
Some even see him as complicit in the failures of the Obama administration or of past Senates, but it's not fair to pin the shortcomings of a vast bureaucratic body on one person unless they're actually in the leadership role.
I don't think any of those reasons warrant such a cynical rejection of someone that hasn't even been inaugurated yet, but people will live and die by their own self-righteous indignation
