Although I have been roasted over the hot coals by some folks here who disagree with me, and I have been verbally abused and unjustly and horribly insulted by them with obscenities, I do have to say that vast, sweeping generalizations are probably not fair. Not to you, and not to liberals.

I think we all have to take a step back at times and say to ourselves, "Yeah, there are usually a few rotten apples in every barrel." Right now, because of the current political climate, the rotten ones are more apparent and they smell a lot worse.

I think a lot of moderate liberals are even taken aback by the all out whackiness of the violent radicals and the ones who seem crazy...(to everyone?).

A protest song we had once was, "All we are saaaaying...is give peace a chance."

Liberals are individualists and don't see themselves in this herd mentality you are imagining out of thin air. Meet some people instead of watching Fox News.

I always distinguish between "liberals" and these bizarre Marxist deviants who hijacked the 'liberal' label in the last 3o years or so. In my opinion, this country owes a debt of gratitude to liberals. They have done wonderful things for this country, and we all have benefited from their efforts, but this virus of complete wastes of skin that call themselves "liberals" these days would not make a pimple on a liberal's butt. They are nothing but confused mentally ill results of poor parenting, and they are the opposite of "liberal". I hate them like I have never hated anyone or anything in my life.

As to 6 most people have opinions, but they do not necessarily have valid reasons for holding them, quite often people are misinformed and how dare I Not care what they think because they're incapable of actually engaging in critical thinking or realizing they are misinformed?

Almost all of my opinions are supported by evidence, people need to try being informed instead of just opinionated.
