You have to initiate paring from phone. Switch on Bluetooth on both devices, find the JBL LIVE headphones in Settings > Bluetooth and confirm pairing.
To pair the JBL LIVE headphones from the second time onwards, or to link them with a different device, press and hold the power button until the blue flashing light is visible.

@Coralmist you might have to physically connect a few times like this.
If you have more than one Bluetooth device and switch devices, it will forget the previously used device. So you must do part of that again.

@Coralmist Sometimes you may feel the issue in reconnecting. If you disconnect by switching off the headphone, it will be easier to reconnect it later. But if you disconnect first from phone/PC, you may need to allow connecting from phone/pc again. So it's good practice to switch off from headphone first.

Yes, I call my son and he comes over and fixes it. That won't help you though, sorry. 😂

The headphones will usually flash two colors when they are ready for pairing. And a specific name should appear on your phone that identifies the headphones. Don't just turn Bluetooth on. Search for all available devices.

This happened to my son. He bought the earbuds at target in the states but they wouldn’t work with his phone when he got home. He tried everything he could think of but they wouldn’t work. He called customer service and the lady was super helpful and at the end of the call her last question was “did you remove the small plastic tag that comes on the earbud”. He had not. That completely solved the problem
Not saying you have the same problem, but I’m just saying maybe call customer service and see what they suggest

I’m not sure about other phones, but my JBL headphones were easy with my iPhone…just press the power button on the headphones until the led is blinking blue, then got to the phone settings, select Bluetooth, and look for the headphones on the device list. Select it, and done…pairing achieved.

I'm sure if I were there in person, I could figure out. But, I'm not.
