Well, my cat bit my finger many times, at first I feel a little bit of pain and surprise but after that, she keeps biting my fingers or my toes but it doesn't hurt at all. What's wrong with my cat???
When I first adopted my stray cat, who was a rescue from a kill shelter in New York, he would let me know if I was annoying him while he sat on the arm of my chair by biting my arm.
I had to learn the hard way NOT to lean on his paws, (probably uncomfortable for him), and if he was feeling particularly irritable, I could not pet him repeatedly on a certain side.
Fortunately for me, and because I am so loving and careful with him, he hasn't bitten me in three years!
If it doesn't hurt, your cat learned to hold back when biting, which is normal for a cat. They learn from playing with their siblings and/or mother when young.
@nelsoncoper 😆my cat she has not bite me in a while as i know her boundaries . i was watching something on you tube apparently if your cat bites you and it does not hurt it mouths you that is play .
Did your cat hiss and you or try to beat you or something? I had petted a street cat and suddenly that little brat bit into my wrist. Then looking at me as if nothing happened.
my finger sweld and i had to go to the fn hospital and get a shot thats it.i hope it never hapens to you because there is no room in the finger tip to expand with out it hurting like hell.end of story
