My dog is the best therapist 🥰

Woke up still feeling the anxiety and depression of yesterday. My heart feels like it’s racing, but my pulse is only 84bpm. My head is splitting and it feels hard to breathe. I was just now having a severe anxiety episode, bordering on the start of a full on panic attack, when my beautiful wonderful amazing doggo saw what was happening and came over and laid across my chest. And just like that, it started dissipating.
How that lil guy knows just what to do for me is nothing short of amazing 🐶

@Zaphod42🤔 nobody can ever say there is nothing like the loyalty than from a dog . it has a tag as mans best friend and it earns it hands down

@whowasthatmaskedman Oh, yeah. If there's anything a cat can do beyond just sitting there and allowing you to pet it, that's a deal breaker.

I no lie just read the title at first and was likeee wow thats a hard degree for a doggie to get but tbh sounds like she did get a degree in love :)

@TryingtoLava He was born with a degree in affection and caring, lol. I still remember when he was still just little and couldn’t even jump off the bed yet…. The cat had gotten filthy and needed a bath, and was of course making sounds like I was killing him in the process. My lil doggo paced back and forth on the edge of the bed where I had left him, and finally belly flopped onto the floor and came running to the bathroom to check on the cat. It was so adorable!!! He’s just a great dog like that though 🙂

aside why don't healthcare workers tell us if our blood pressure is good or not? you're 182 over 33... and 6 ft tall got more obvious remarks 🙄
