I now realise church people are very bad people…. Very manipulative and judgemental. Well, it was a nice dream while it lasted.🙄

Local community churches are the place one goes to find out who John is sleeping with this week while his wife is off with someone else's husband, all told with the vitriol of hell, even though they just spent an hour listening to a guy on a podium talk about how they should love one another.

They are also the same people who will literally cut you off in the church parking lot to get out before you.

Church of Christ can be fun. No singing, death and hell sermon without all the pageantry, and a congregation no younger than 75. Those people don't have time to judge or be gossipy.
