How early do you wake up?

Usually up by 3;00 am 😍 . nap at 7;00 😴

Somewhere in the 4-5 am timeframe. But as a retired man of leisure, I take naps when and wherever I am😁

3-5pm im depressed lol

There's no such thing as early or late for me. I get 8 hours or so of sleep every day but in segments. I could either be asleep or awake at any time in a 24 hr time period.

Varies but mostly between 6am and 7am

Usually around 3 if I actually go to sleep

4.45-5.00 am if I have to go fishing

7-8 am otherwise

Alarm set for 6.45 but usually awake by then

Between 7 AM and 9 AM usually.

Up by 4 am usually

It is 5:15am in the morining to start my work day at the office at 7:00. I get to go home at 15:00
The momentum carries to the weekends, and it is around 6:00.

today I didn't go to sleep until 6am, it was morning and light outside. I woke up around 9am

I wake up when my brain decides it's time to get up.. 🥹
