Look as an extrovert i usaully share a tonne of really personal stuff as quickly as poosible to get the shy and introverted to open up. Thats how I play it. Im a pretty good listener when u do talk tho : )

Teams built of all friendly, outgoing employees bully the reds and greens and function to make society more precarious for everyone. Businesses have a right and a reason to exclusively employ these teams.
