Quite mature. I matured emotionally very early, due to my father's death when I was 2 and also due to having a controlling, narcissistic sibling and coming across a few toxic people along the way but it's taught me to be stronger emotionally. I use humor a lot to keep sad memories at bay. It's like playing..my inner child having fun that I can say I have a spirit of a 9 year old 😂

I'm very emotionally immature, I see that now. I retreat & withdraw when emotions get to be too much. I need to learn to use my words more. I had a very eye opening conversation yesterday so now I'm working on it. I will do better because I am better.

I feel like there are different ways in which someone can be emotionally mature, like a person can have good reasoning and be well behaved, but still struggle internally with intense feelings. I'm not sure.

I think I do OK for the most part. I am sure I have my problem areas like every one else. I am decently well adjusted, not overly quick to anger and I am able to logically think my way through issues.
