@SarithBorn Being "blunt" is not a "good" attribute to have or one to emulate. People who are blunt often convince themselves they are getting right to the point, but they miss the point of effective communication. While they pride themselves on what they are saying and how they say it, they ignore that their message is often ignored or derided BECAUSE OF their bluntness. There is a better way to EFFECTIVELY communicate honesty without being blunt. 😎
