You can easily spot them by looking for these red flags:

Zero Accountability: They spend more time making up fake justifications and dodging tasks than actually doing the work.

Confident Ignorance: Their mouth runs faster than their brain. They lack the meta-cognition to question their own mistakes.

The Jargon Shield: They hide a total lack of understanding behind heavy industry buzzwords. If you ask them to explain it simply, they scramble.

Sloppy Execution: They consistently miss deadlines by miles and produce substandard work or no work.

Deflection over Curiosity: Instead of asking questions to learn, they get defensive, fake confusion, and aggressively change the subject to protect their ego.

When they try treat conditions like depression by telling you to cheer up

when they do it all wrong..
