I think so, to a point and it's probably a healthy thing to fake it till you make it too, I won't let the majority of people know how I'm really feeling, people showing too much concern and sympathy drags you down further I think.

I can fake the happy personality part, even to the extent I convince myself. Therefore, convincing people that I'm an inwardly and outwardly happy person, as I have for most of my life. Not so good with the upbeat part though, I am too naturally relaxed for that.
