@JosephtheEmpath maybe but for sure all narcissists are abusers. Other abusers have anger issues, lack of self control, turn to rage when they cannot control people or situations, fail to regulate their emotions. But not all mentally ill people are abusive either

@JosephtheEmpath yes, but not mentally ill people are narcissists and not all personality disorders are narcissism. Narcissist and Antisocials are likely to abuse, because they lack empathy and remorse. Borderlines for example don't lack empathy.

again as too your last question i am not an expert in this field . but it is not a natural thing too let your emotions loose with violence and show little too no control when you cannot handle a situation
