Short dresses and skirts with no undies at work and in public

At my work you'd have to wear long sleeve hi-vis shirt, long pants, hat, safety boots, and no undies to 'go commando'. You could probably go braless too as hi-vis cotton drill work shirts are not very conforming.

I don't have a romantic partner and have never had a woman 'go commando' and/or braless for me.

I wear short little dresses with no underwear to work. I think my BF has a problem with it, but others don't seem to mind. Thoughts?

Short dresses and short skirts with no bra were fine for my wife, and she wore them often. As far as I know, she has only gone out of the house one time without panties our entire dating and married life.
