Yes, a neighbour who was a cop once handcuffed me for a joke. He then drove me in his police van to the centre of town and released me in front of a bus stop packed with 30 people. As he took the cuffs off my wrists he called out that if I exposed myself in public again he'd have to lock me up. He then sped off, leaving me standing there with 30 bemused people just staring at me.

@WillaKissing I got arrested...twice as a young teen for fighting in school. My husband is also a reserve deputy, and he had to become a certified peace officer. He must have really needed to practice his handcuffing techniques. 😉
